What's Your New Year's Resolution?
OK, you didn't keep your resolutions last year – or the year before. So what? New Year, new opportunity. More than 40 percent of American adults make resolutions, and while only 46 percent are still on track after June, simply making a resolution means you're 10 times more likely to succeed!
Most women make resolutions about money, weight loss, self improvement and relationships. But when we asked top businesswomen about their commitments this year, not one mentioned promotions, higher salary or more treadmill time. Instead, they plan to change company culture and make their own lives more beautiful.
